At Handmade & Engraved, we take pride in creating high-quality personalized and custom-made items. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and reorders.
1. Reporting Damaged Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, you must report it within 30 days of receiving your shipment to be eligible for a refund or reorder.
To report a damaged item, please email handmadeandengraved25@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we will provide further instructions for a refund or replacement.
2. Personalized & Customized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged. Damaged personalized items must be reported within 30 days for resolution.
3. Non-Personalized Items
If you purchased a non-personalized item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it for return eligibility. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund & Replacement Process
• If approved for a refund, funds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• If approved for a replacement, we will remake and ship your item at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations & Changes
Because we begin creating personalized items quickly, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. Please review your details carefully before submitting your order.
